Grand Haven, Michigan...Borns LLC has added two new members to its branding and marketing services group.

Blake De Jonge has joined the Borns team as its design lead for collateral development. His art and creative direction experience spans 15 years. De Jonge comes to Borns after more than a decade at a Muskegon ad agency. He has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Michigan State University.

"Blake brings a lot of creative energy to Borns. He has excellent conceptual and execution skills as well as problem-solving acumen," reports Randy Borns, principal of Borns LLC. "He is a valuable addition to the creative side of our business."

Luchi Nelson joins Borns as the marketing lead. Nelson was formerly sales and marketing manager for Cebu Holdings, Inc., a subsidiary of the biggest real estate developer in the Philippines, Ayala Land. In addition to Nelson's 10 years of marketing management experience, she sat on the boards of numerous business and marketing organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from the University of San Jose Recoletos.

"Luchi's market planning and research experience is proving to be very valuable to our clients," says Borns. "She comes from the client side and offers much objectivity. She also has managed and trained sales forces and knows how to integrate marketing and sales."
